The historic Snowdon Theatre, which was boarded up and neglected by its owners, the borough of Cote des Neiges/Notre Dame de Grace has been put up for sale.
The landmark structure once long housed a massively popular gymnastics centre popular with girls in the area, who were effectively left with nowhere to go.
All questions and requests for information concerning the borough's plans for the property went unanswered so it's no surprise that officials kept the impending sale secret.
The borough is accepting bids up until May 11 and all bidders must put up $10,000.
If you have access to that information please send the files along to megaforce@gmail.com as residents have the right to know the shape of this publicly-owned historic property.
The sign reads: Appel public de soumissions
