3-Lindalee Tracey Outspoken stripper stagenamed Fonda Peters led an annual Christmas charity campaign Tits for Tots at the Sextuple at the Main and Bernard from about 1976 to 1983. Newspapers from around North America reported on the event. She moonlighted as a freelance journalist before eventually putting away her g-strip and starring in the anti-porn movie Not a Love Story before dying young of cancer in 2004.
4-Nelly Arcan (nom de plume of Isabelle Fortier) came to Montreal from Megantic and penned much-celebrated autobiographical novels about her experience as a sparkling star of the escorting demimonde. She hanged herself dead at the age of 36 in 2009. Her hometown library named a room in her honour.

9-Barbarella Catton, stage-named Haji, was a stripper from Quebec City and then Montreal before moving to Hollywood where she became an iconic star of the Russ Meyers stable, starring in the cult classic Faster Pussycat Kill Kill. Died in 2013.
10-Sun Bonds Swedish stripper from the Chez Paree made history after fighting a legally-important, but ultimately fruitless palimony agreement she had signed with husband, the baseball star Barry Bonds.
